Due to the world’s quarantine situation, I’ve set myself a super fun project to recreate Pinterest images every week and post to the Photobylaurelle YouTube channel every Sunday! In each project video, I document behind the scenes of each image being created and walk you through the setup. I also conclude each video with a speed edit using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom and possibly other programs depending on the image.
Follow the project on Youtube with new posts every Sunday!
PT.1
This image was the first in the recreation project and a favorite of mine. This was super easy as I used Photoshop to edit in the backdrop that I didn’t own and had barely any studio setup due to using natural light in my front room.

Pt. 2
This one was rather difficult to recreate on my own due to the fact I wasn’t facing the camera and trying to shoot it tethered through Lightroom Classic. I had to call in backup to help with the positioning of my face in the mirror, but it worked out in the end.

Thanks for checking in! I’ll be back in 2 weeks’ time with my 3rd and 4th Images and two more Youtube videos documenting behind the scenes.
Don’t forget to follow the project on Youtube. Check out more PBL Adobe tutorials here.
